Glass Artist, Mold Maker, Teacher

Exploring one's cultural identity often leads to nostalgia and mystique. The deep-rooted cultural beliefs have been the inspirational force guiding my body of work.

My area of practice explores East Asian culture and heritage relevant to traditional patriarchal norms followed by society to mold women in a set pattern. I strive to bring meaning to the age-old stories and relate them with new age philosophy.

My current body of work is an intensive exploration of the goddesses (Female Forms), traditional design motifs, often depicted in mythology, religious scriptures, and temples.

I hope to create unique art pieces that will give one insight into their history and adduce them with a modern outlook portraying how far women have progressed but in essence, it's a long road ahead.
